Find and Replace Text

Find and replace text in a draft caption, script, or article. Runs locally in your browser.

What this tool does

Find and replace text in a caption, script, or article in the browser. Nothing is uploaded. Close the tab and the draft is gone unless you copied it.

Matches are case-sensitive so a brand name is not rewritten by accident. Run a second pass if you also need a lowercase variant.

How to use it

  1. 1

Open Find And Replace and enter your text or values above.

  2. 2

Review the instant result in the output panel.

  3. 3

Copy the result into your caption, CMS, or notes.

  4. 4

Use Related tools below if you need a follow-up step in the same workflow.

Practical uses

Swap a product name across a batch of captions, fix a misspelled CTA, or strip a campaign hashtag you no longer want.

It is not a full code editor. For JSON or Markdown structure, use the JSON formatter or Markdown previewer after you finish the text pass.

Tips

  • Copy the original to a notes app before a large replace.
  • Preview the first few matches mentally — case-sensitive replace will miss “Hashtag” if you search “hashtag”.
