What it does
A month view is the quickest way to see gaps, clusters and whether you are posting too many promotions in a row. This planner shows the chosen month as a grid; click a day to add caption notes and mark the post as Promo, Educational or Entertaining, and each day shows a coloured dot and a preview of your notes.
Your plan is saved in this browser automatically, so you can come back to it later on the same device. When it is ready, export the month as a CSV or copy it for a spreadsheet. The planner does not publish or schedule posts; it is for planning what goes out and when.
How to use it

Choose the Month, Year and Platform at the top; read the platform tip that appears.

Click a day in the grid to open the editor.

Pick Promo, Educational or Entertaining, type caption notes, and click Save day. Saving with an empty note removes that day's entry.

Repeat for the rest of the month; the counter shows how many posts are planned.

Click Export CSV or Copy CSV. Use Clear month to wipe the current month only.
What you get
A CSV file named content-calendar-YYYY-MM.csv with Date, Platform, Content Type and Caption columns for every planned day in the selected month, plus the same text via Copy CSV.

- Export the month as CSV with date, platform, type and caption columns to import or copy into your scheduler.
Tips
- The Platform setting applies to the whole calendar and fills the Platform column for every row in the export, so export one platform before switching to plan another.
- Plans live in this browser only. Export a CSV at the end of each session if you work across devices or might clear browser data.
- Pencil in anchor posts (launches, events, holidays) first, then fill the gaps with educational and entertaining content.
- Use the notes field for the hook and call to action, not just a topic, so the day's post can be written quickly.
Questions
Will my content calendar still be here tomorrow?
Yes, on the same browser and device. Entries are saved to local storage as you work. Clearing site data or switching devices removes them, so export a CSV as a backup.
Can this calendar publish or schedule my posts?
No. It is a planning tool. Export the CSV and use it to load posts into your platform scheduler or a scheduling app.
What columns does the calendar CSV include?
Date (YYYY-MM-DD), Platform, Content Type (promo, educational or entertaining) and Caption. Only days with notes are exported.
How do I plan the same month for more than one platform?
Entries are stored by date, not by platform. Plan and export one platform, then clear the month or change the platform and edit the entries for the next export.
